Who are we?
Sailing with AzurEscape means pressing pause on time. It’s gliding silently over mirror-still water, with the only soundtrack the soft ripple of waves against the mahogany hull.
AzurEscape was born from a moment of contemplation on the shores of Lake Geneva. Faced with the lake’s peaceful vastness, the contrast between natural beauty and the impact of traditional motor boating became an obvious truth—one that called for an answer.
Founded in 2024, AzurEscape set itself the mission of preserving classic elegance while embracing a radically sustainable approach. Choosing the Boesch Acapulco 580 Deluxe as our first vessel is no coincidence: it’s a tribute to Swiss craftsmanship and the golden age of boating.
"We are only the lake’s temporary guardians. It was our duty to imagine a way of boating that honors it rather than alters it."
The Team

Dominik Breitinger
Co-Founder Partner
Dominik has been passionate about boats since childhood. Fascinated by the whisper of wind and waves, he dreams of silent, responsible boating. He installed his first electric motor on his sailboat 15 years ago and continues today to pursue his vision of revolutionary boating in harmony with nature, following an international career at Accenture, BMW, HEC/IMD, EPFL Lausanne, and the World Economic Forum.

Benjamin Bouhey
Co-Founder Partner
Passionate about Alpine ecosystems and green technology, Benjamin developed AzurEscape as a bridge between heritage and innovation. Preserving this heritage—and passing it on—is at the heart of his concerns. Being able to give these works of art—these old boats—a second life, while protecting Swiss lake ecosystems, is essential to him.
Who are we?

A perfect day
Meet at the dock at dawn. The mist is only just lifting. The Boesch is unplugged, ready to go, its chrome gleaming in the first light. You turn the key: no sound, just a discreet digital indicator. You cast off in absolute silence, cutting through glassy water toward the Savoyard shore for a coffee with Mont Blanc in view.
